Global Experience Panel - HEC Montréal

A UNIQUE INVITATION

PARTICIPATE IN THIS INTERNATIONAL RESEARCH PROJECT AND GET A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF HOW YOUR WORK TEAM FUNCTIONS AND EVOLVES OVER TIME.

It is a permanent sample consisting of a group of individuals who are interviewed at regular intervals for research purposes.

10,000 people strong! This panel is one HEC Montréal’s most ambitious research projects ever.

We want you to join us because your company is an employer of choice – an innovative company with successful teams that keeps itself informed about best management practices and really cares about its employees.

Optimize your team’s effectiveness. Foster communication between colleagues. Enhance the employee-manager relationship. Improve the quality of life at work.

Just do 3 or 4 surveys a year online using your computer, tablet or mobile phone.

Each survey consists of easy, pretested questions. You’ll be done in 15 to 20 minutes, and your information is completely confidential.

No problem! You have several days to finish. Just save your answers as you go, and send the completed survey when you are done.

HEC Montréal has a regulatory framework for information security. Data on our servers is encrypted.

It’s entirely your choice whether to participate and complete our surveys, but the project’s success depends on your participation because its innovative aspect is to follow your opinions and attitudes as they evolve over time.

It is the project manager of the HEC Montréal research panel, never someone from your company, who sends the surveys directly to you, so the confidentiality of your answers is guaranteed.

The Research Ethics Board at HEC Montréal ensures that individuals participating in the Global Experience Panel do so voluntarily and with full consent and that they are given all the necessary information to make an informed decision.

In accordance with rules of strict confidentiality, your managers will not have access to your individual answers or personal opinions; these will never be shared.
